Weights and Measures

We use a calibrated, independently certified commercial scales to weigh each pouch and box before they are sealed and sent to you.

The weights displayed on our website reflect the approximate weight of the contents not including the packaging.  You will always receive the amount advertised or more.  The final product will, in almost all cases either equal or exceed the advertised weight.

Stock Variation

The contents of mixed pouches may vary from that pictured.  We cannot guarantee that you will receive exactly the same products in each pick and mix pouch owing to variation in stock availability and the nature of hand picking your order.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are offered on specific, 'time limited' and 'per use' basis as advised by the specifics of the promotion/discount offer where advertised.  Discount codes may be withdrawn at any time.  We reserve the right to refuse your discount code should we feel our goodwill has been misused.

Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has gone by since your delivery arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We may ask you to provide photos of any damaged items or parcels.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5 working days for refunds to show in your bank account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly, please double check your bank account once more - we have received many queries and they've all turned out to be there the whole time, just overlooked at first glance.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Replacement Items

We will only replace missing parcels if you have notified us that you have not received your parcel after your expected delivery date and you paid for a tracked/guarenteed service.  You will be asked to wait 14 working days after expected delivery date until we look into the issue with the service provider.  Replacement/refund is at the discretion of Sugar Noms Ltd and each case is looked at carefully on a one to one basis.

Sale items/Wonky Products
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/discounted items/wonky products cannot be refunded.
